Go towards the end of the page and click on "Show more options"

Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see a section titled "Campaign attachments"

Select the file you wish to upload and proceed as normal
Deploia allows up to 5 attachments and must be lower than 1MB in size. We also only allow the following types of files: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, zip, and rar. We do not recommend attachments in general because they typically lower your chances of landing in your subscriber's inbox.
