Add custom data and fields to your contact list

1. Go to "Lists" --> "Lists" from the sidebar menu --> Select your desired list

2. Click on the blue linked custom fields' number

3. Add the desired fields and design your data columns

Options

• Label - The display name for the field (e.g.,"Last name")

• Tag - A unique identifier for the field in the system (e.g.,"LNAME")

• Required - Specifies if the field must be filled out (Options: Yes/No)

• Visibility - Controls whether the field is shown or hidden (Options: Visible/Hidden)

• Sort order - Determines the position of the field relative to others

• Help text - Additional information or instructions for filling out the field

• Default value - Pre-filled content for the field

• Description - Detailed explanation of the field's purpose or use

• Minimum length - The smallest number of characters allowed (e.g., 1)

• Maximum length - The largest number of characters allowed (e.g., 255)

• Content rule - Specifies any validation rules for the field's content

• Content regex - Allows for custom regular expression validation

Field types

• Add text field - Creates a single-line text input

• Add dropdown field - Adds a selection menu with predefined options

• Add geocountry field - Inserts a country selection field

• Add geostate field - Adds a state/province selection field

• Add geocity field - Includes a city selection field

• Add checkbox field - Creates a single checkbox option

• Add consent checkbox - Adds a checkbox specifically for obtaining user consent

• Add years range field - Inserts a field for selecting a range of years

• Add phone number field - Creates an input for phone numbers

• Add email field - Adds an input specifically for email addresses

• Add url field - Inserts a field for website URLs

• Add rating field - Creates a rating input (e.g., star rating)

• Add multiselect field - Adds a field allowing multiple selections from a list

• Add date field - Inserts a date picker

• Add datetime field - Adds a combined date and time picker

• Add textarea field - Creates a multi-line text input area

• Add country field - Inserts a country selection dropdown

• Add state field - Adds a state/province selection dropdown

• Add checkboxlist field - Creates a list of multiple checkbox options

• Add radiolist field - Adds a list of mutually exclusive radio button options
