Setting up a feedback loop server is ONLY required when using "SMTP-based" delivery servers. Deploia supports a "list of email delivery service providers" (e.g., Sendgrid, Mailgun). API-based delivery servers automatically receive complaints and other such events via webhook and automatically update your Deploia account. You DO NOT need to set up a feedback loop server in this instance.
Feedback loop servers will help monitor subscribers' abuse reports and take appropriate action when they find such reports. It is essential to use an email account that is intended only for feedback loop server setup. This email address should only be used to receive emails providing feedback.
After processing emails, the script will delete all of them from this account. As a result, utilising an email account for other purposes may cause you to lose crucial messages and have performance problems inadvertently. By following this recommendation, you can protect your other email correspondence while maintaining the seamless operation of your feedback loop server.
