Here are a couple of options which could get you started.
"Mailchimp" Very beginner friendly and has a lot of templates.
"Spotzee" Best for small medium businesses. Very generous free plan with access to optional addons.
"ActiveCampaign" Best for automated email marketing. You can set up triggers and rules to automate your workflow.
