Bulk import contacts into mailing list

You first need to "create new contact mailing list". You cannot add new subscribers without doing that first. Would you like to "add new contact subscriber to mailing list" through the app? 1. Go to "Lists" --> "Lists" --> Select your desired list from the sidebar menu

2. Click on the "Tools" menu

3. Click on "Import" and follow the steps.

If you use CSV import (most common), ensure your file has valid column names. Our system recognises the following case-sensitive header column names - EMAIL , PHONE , FNAME(First name) , LNAME(Last name) . Ensure your file is saved as Comma-separated values (CSV) and is UTF-8 encoded.

• Database (Recurring Import) - Schedule regular imports from a MySQL or SQL database to keep subscriber lists up to date. You can set the frequency by minutes, hours, days and months.

• URL - Set up recurring imports from a specified URL, allowing automated updates from external data sources. Deploia accepts a valid .csvor a.txt file.
