There are a few reasons why a campaign would be in "Pending-sending" status

Check that you have scheduled the campaign send-out time/date correctly

Ensure your time zone is correctly configured on your profile

Ensure you have added "a new delivery server" and its status is set to Active

Check to see if you have enough quota balance
-
Ensure your account is still in Active status and not suspended
