Do you provide the domains and IPs?

With Basic Hosting packages, you'll need to supply your own sending domains and will share IP addresses with other users (though we maintain strict sending policies to protect reputation). For full-service email marketing packages, we provide dedicated IP addresses configured for optimal deliverability and work with you to select and set up appropriate sending domains. We'll guide you through the domain purchasing process and handle all the technical configurations to ensure proper authentication and maximum inbox placement.
