Double DKIM Issue

Deploia provides an additional DKIM record even though you are using a different delivery service provider (Eg. "Set up a new SendGrid delivery server", "Set up a new Sparkpost delivery server" etc). This is because we are considerate of some SMTP providers who expect you to sign your emails using the sending software. While this DKIM record might not be useful for you, it comes in handy for those expecting Deploia to sign their emails. So, if you do not wish to add the DKIM record provided, our system lets you bypass it without issues.

Adding a second DKIM doesn't affect your email deliverability, so we recommend adding it as your backup DKIM. Having two providers sign your email also doesn't affect your deliverability. But if you do not sign your emails, it will adversely affect your chances of landing in the inbox.
