If you receive this error, you have used a domain name you have not configured in Deploia.
Deploia requires verifying all sending domains before you use them as your "From" email (second step of the campaign building process). Setting up your domain is easy - follow the guide on how to "add a new sending domain". Once you verify your sending domain, this error goes away.
Common issues
Sub-domain vs domain
If you verified a subdomain (e.g.,mail.mydomain.com) but want to send from "@mydomain.com", it will still give you this error message. That's because your "From" email address should have the domain you have configured in Deploia.
Verification status
If you have verified your primary sending domain and you are still getting this message, ensure your domain on the "Sending domains" page says "Verified." If it is not verified, you can verify it by clicking on the "Settings" icon and clicking on "Update". Then, go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Verify DNS records" button.
