Click on the "Pages" button and click on "Select another list page to edit"

From the options, click on "Subscription confirmed" link

Navigate to the bottom of the page, and you will see a field labelled "Instead of the above message, redirect the subscriber to the following url"

Type the redirect link and click on the "Save changes" button
You can insert custom tags so your page can process the GET variables from the URL request. Eg. ["https://domain.com/thank-you.php?fname=[FNAME]&lname=[LNAME]&age=[AGE]"]
