Look for the field "Max subscribers" inside the section labelled "Campaign options"

Input the maximum number of subscribers

Proceed as normal with the rest of the campaign setup
Deploia randomly chooses subscribers from your selected list and sends your email campaign to them. This is an excellent feature if you want to test your campaign with a smaller batch or limit the number of people you wish to reach. If you want Deploia to pick subscribers sequentially, select "No" for the option labelled "Randomise subscribers".
