Set up a new Sparkpost delivery server

Make sure to have API key for your master subaccount. If you have Sparkpost subaccount API key, Deploia cannot use those to create webhooks for you automatically. You would need to manually add a webhook. Ensure you add the following events: bounce, spam complaint, list unsubscribe, link unsubscribe.

Prerequisites

• Sparkpost Master account

• Create and verify your sending domain

• Create an API key with the correct permissions

Setup process

1. Go to "Servers" --> "Delivery Servers" --> "Create new server" from the sidebar menu

2. Select the "Sparkpost Web API" from the list

3. Fill out the required information and click "Save changes"

4. Verify the delivery server by sending yourself an email

Sparkpost-specific setup

• "API key" - Refer to their knowledge base on generating an API key and ensure it has enough permissions to allow Deploia to create a webhook. Once your server is validated, Deploia automatically sets up a webhook.

• "From email" - Ensure your From email address is part of the sending domain configured on Sparkpost. If the domain is not configured, the delivery server validation will fail.
