You can design your own email template by clicking on "Show email builder" in the top right corner of the editor. Drag and drop the needed elements, adjust options, and save changes.

Go to "Email templates" --> "Templates" from the sidebar menu and click on "Create new"

Add a name and content and click on "Save changes" button
To paste HTML code, click on the "Source" button on the toolbar of the WYSIWYG editor.
